Don't be scared, that's entirely acceptable! I think thoughts every now and again, too! It's good to have somewhere to put those so they don't overfill your head.

Perhaps start a blog? People pay good attention to strange things like thoughts and will often read yours if you put them on the internet. Plus, they don't do you any good if they just stay in your brain, now do they?
